Summary
These terms describe what you and Octallium Inc, which makes Active Flights' products ("we", "us"), agree to when you use them. The full document below covers acceptable use, payment, intellectual property, liability, and termination. If anything is unclear, email legal@activeflights.com.
Acceptable use
You may use our products for any lawful business purpose. You may not use them to attack our infrastructure, share or resell licences without permission, or facilitate the violation of others' rights.
Early Access Preview
During the Early Access Preview, SSIM Toolkit is free and provided as-is, with no service-level commitment. Preview builds may change between releases. We will tell you in advance of any change that materially affects how you use it.
Payment
The Early Access Preview is free. Once paid plans are available, SSIM Toolkit is licensed per seat (from a single seat, with per-seat rates that step down by band), billed monthly or yearly in advance, in USD; paying yearly gets one month free. There is no usage-based or per-row charge. If a payment fails, we may stop issuing new seats after 14 days.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data, your schedule files, and your parsed records. SSIM Toolkit processes them entirely on your own machine — your schedule data is never uploaded to us, so we never receive or hold it. Octallium Inc retains ownership of the software, brand, and underlying technology.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. Because your schedule data lives entirely on your own machine, there is nothing for us to export or hand back on termination — it was never uploaded to us.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Standard disclaimers apply for indirect and consequential damages.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you'll have the opportunity to opt out by terminating your contract.
